Abiodun Ajibade was born over five decades ago and with committed experience in pharmacy spanning pharmaceutical marketing, leadership and community practice for close to 30years. He is an alumnus of Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Ibadan, 1995 and had obtained higher education as a holder of Masters of Business Administration, Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma 2001, a Chartered Project Management Professional of Chartered Institute of Project Management CIPM 2014, a holder of Postgraduate Diploma in Drug Discovery, Development and Production of Centre for Drug Discovery, Development and Production of University of Ibadan 2017.

Ajibade has attended several trainings in pharmaceutical products marketing/sales both within Nigeria and overseas. He has been involved several ethical products launch and broken grounds for many brands across various territories in Nigeria. He is an astute administrator and leader that have showcased his leadership prowess in various positions he had occupied in professional associations and business.

Ajibade is the Project Lead, Gleanforte Academy; an organization involved in training, leadership, human resources development and entrepreneurship. He is also the Managing Director of Alvid Nigeria Limited, a business concern involved in Pharmaceutical Marketing, Consultancy and Community Pharmacy.

Over the years Ajibade has established his footprint in Pharmacy regulation as an Inspection Officer of Pharmaceutical Inspection Committee of Pharmacy Council of Nigeria, had occupied several elective positions in Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria as Assistant Secretary, Publicity Secretary, General Secretary and Chairman of Oyo State Branch of the Association. Ajibade is an innovative leader and has impacted the Pharmacy Space with several innovations, personal development programmes for Pharmacists and leading the way for adoption of Information Technology (IT) for pharmaceutical distribution in Nigeria.

Ajibade has developed some IT solutions to aid pharmaceutical distribution and engagement among healthcare professionals in Nigeria. He is also the Project Lead and Coordinator for the ACPN/P2P-Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Coordination Platform for ease of access of pharmaceutical products and brand visibility for the pharmaceutical companies. Ajibade is IT savy and had been engaging IT for the revolution in Pharmacy space in the past five years. Ajibade is a connected pharmacist with great network among pharmacists across Nigeria.

Ajibade is a Fellow of Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria, being the highest honour to be bestowed upon any Pharmacist in Nigeria. Ajibade is happily married and with children.
