Abiodun Ajibade, with nearly 30 years of experience in pharmacy marketing, leadership, and community practice, graduated from the University of Ibadan Faculty of Pharmacy in 1995. He holds an MBA from Ambrose Alli University (2001), is a Chartered Project Management Professional (CIPM, 2014), and earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Drug Discovery, Development, and Production from the University of Ibadan (2017).

Fidelis Ayebae graduated from Mainland Institute of Technology in 1976 with a Diploma in Civil Engineering and earned an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Lagos in 1999. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Administration and a member of the Nigeria Institute of Management. After roles in various organizations, including Citibank Limited, he founded and became the first CEO of Fidson Healthcare Limited in 1995. He also chairs and directs multiple companies. He has completed numerous local and international courses in banking operations, organizational development, and sales skills.

Taofik Oladipupo Odukoya is a pharmaceutical management expert with 20+ years in patient care and the One Health initiative. He holds dual Master's degrees in Pharmacy (University of Ibadan) and Business Administration (Obafemi Awolowo University). As founder and CEO of Vanguard Pharmacy Ltd, he grew the company into a leading community pharmacy chain in Nigeria, employing over 400 staff and prioritizing patient care and community development.
